Coaching Portal

Coaching connected to the assessments behind it

The Coaching Portal brings one-to-one coaching and team facilitation onto Impact AS Plus™, so sessions, goals and progress sit with the assessment results that started them.

Coaching in the same record

Because coaching runs on the same platform as the assessments, a coach sees a leader's results, the goals agreed and the progress made, and HR follows engagement across a programme without seeing what was said in any session.

Choosing a coach

Leaders browse coach profiles, including specialisms, credentials and approach, and choose the coach they want, while the programme administrator keeps oversight of who is matched with whom.

Why it mattersLeaders work with a coach they have chosen, which tends to make the coaching relationship stronger from the first session.

What it gives you

Video sessions

Sessions start from the session page on the platform's own video, or on Microsoft Teams or Zoom if the organisation prefers.

Session workspace

Private coach notes, shared summaries, recurring themes, and the leader's assessments and goals in one place for each session.

Goals and progress

Development goals linked to assessment results and to the sessions where they were set, with progress tracked over time.

Scheduling

Coaches share their availability, leaders book directly from open slots, and reminders go out automatically.

Coaching grounded in the results

A leader's DISC Lens™, EI Lens™ and Leadership Mirror™ results are visible to the coach during the session.

Between sessions, LINC™

Each leader has LINC™, a leadership companion that keeps what they worked on in coaching going through the week.

See LINC™

Programme reporting

HR and executives see engagement, goal progress and development themes across cohorts and teams, without seeing what was said in coaching.
