DISC Lens Teams™

How a team's styles combine

DISC Lens Teams™ maps every member of a team on one circumplex once they have completed DISC Lens™ or DISC Lens Africa™, and shows where the team's behaviour gathers, where it is thin, and how that shapes communication, decisions and pressure.

One picture of the whole team

The team report works from the combination of profiles, so it shows patterns no individual report can, such as which styles dominate, which are missing and how stress moves through the team.

Team circumplex

Every member plotted on one map, with the team's centre of gravity and a Team Diversity Index from 0 to 100 showing how widely the team spreads across the four styles.

Why it mattersA team centred on Steadiness tends to value harmony and consistency, while a narrow spread can point to blind spots in how it decides.

What the report gives you

Style distribution

How D, I, S and C are spread across the team, useful for role assignments and for knowing which styles to hire for.

Team effectiveness score

A score from 0 to 100 across style balance, communication compatibility, capacity to handle conflict and adaptability, with recommendations for each.

Pressure and resilience

The team's usual response to stress, how it spreads, and what to do at the stages of prevention, early response and crisis.
